⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ With the weather being quite frigid up here in the North East, Canada 🇨🇦 ☃️🌬❄️ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ I’m continuously trying to put my mind past the current state of weather into a positive sunny place; like when @koncious_k & I were training outside on a regular basis this past summer 🌞 🧘🏻♂️☀️🧘🏻♀️ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ As @the_mindful_mover mindful_mover would say, “Its the double gains as you hop onto the gain train while training outside”. Vitamin D is essential to life and well-being it helps with bone & muscle strength, muscle power & force, lean body mass, depression, mood regulation etc. and its best form is received by being outside.🌳 💪🏻🤗☀️ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ I feel something is suppressed inherently as a homosapien by not being outside daily receiving natural light and air. It is something we have to deal with being Canadian in the winter months but in contrary, I believe it makes us tougher humans with having to deal with various elemental factors & seasons. Along with the fact of Canada being ranked the 2nd best country to live in the world (1st was Switzerland 🇨🇭 ) & ranked the 1st Country to live in for the Quality of Life (reported by U.S. News Best Countries Rankings), the seasonal changes and long term lack of natural vitamin D are variables we must accept and appreciate as a tradeoff for living in such a beautiful country. 🌅 🇨🇦❤️🙏🏻 ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ That being said, on this bright sunny day, we are training our movement day, which consist of plyometric & landing mechanics, single leg balance (not shown), variable footwork (from the @fightingmonkey_rootlessroot ) & sprinting (not shown) 💪🏻🎾👊🏼 ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ #FlowWithinTraining #Kaizen #ControlYourSelf #WhatDoesntKillYou #RootlessRoot #FightingMonkey #Plyometrics #Footwork #Movement #Practice #Fitness #Strength
